Don't listen to KoneeRok
I know a lot of you received an email from this asshat, KoneeRok, who has such obvious problems with grammar, spelling and, apparently, reading comprehension. Not only did he gank the emails of all of the people that I was attempting to spam and then had the sheer balls to call me a spammer, this fucking retard completely mischaracterizes the Operation Slap a Dropout Movement.

To everyone that recieved a recent email asking people to sign a petition to have Kanye West eliminated from this February 2005 Grammy awards, I urge you to not to believe the authors ill advised suggestions that Kanye is a plaguerist and a fluke.
Note that I have never referred to Kanye as either a "plaguerist" or a plagiarist. I acknowledge in the actual body of the petition that Rhymefest is credited as a cowriter, and even mentioned the dude by name.
The letter then goes on to describe exactly how Rhymefest went about ghostwriting the first verse of "Jesus Walks," but makes it a point to note that 'Fest did in fact get paid, as if I had ever denied that in the first place; as if that wasn't THE WHOLE FUCKING POINT OF THE WHOLE FUCKING PETITION.
KoneeRok, oblivious to the fact that he's basically sabotaging his own weak argument, then writes:
At,any rate, at what right would it be to revoke someone from all categories of this awards ceremony based on speculation propagated by the rumors of the creative process of one song.
If it was somehow proven that Milli Vanilli sang one track on Girl You Know It's True, or whatever it was called, should they get all their Grammys back too?
Today as Rhymefest comes closer to completing his first studio album on J Records, Kanye and Fest continue to make music together. Mentions of this can be seen at www.Rhymefest.com where the consistantly updated news section suggests that Kanye continues to play a positive role in contributing to Rhymefest's career.
Yes. Just like the DOC continues to play a positive role in contributing to Dr. Dre's career.
Then he goes on to muddy his argument even further by restating certain "facts" and conceding a few more points, before he concludes with this:
This statement quoted from the petition: "especially in light of statements he has made with regard to his capabilities as an artist and the fact that he rarely acknowledges the fact that he buys a lot of "his" music from other artists."
This is a rediculous and waitless accusation. It is obvious, with such a bold and outlandish statement that the person that wrote these words has alterior motives than to simply purify the roster of nominees at this years Grammy ceremony. Why else would someone take the time to promote detremental and vital claims without a proper investigation of "the facts". This letter is irresponsible and even more so slanderous...
You fag. How dare you question my level of commitment? I had my Indianapolis Bureau Chief, chiseven, conducting research, turning up all of these weak little "facts" that you attempted to hang your argument upon weeks ago. If I'm so guilty of "slander," I'd like to see you try to take me to court for that shit. Best believe I'll show up in that bitch representing myself, Colin Ferguson-style, with motherfucking charts and damning evidence supplied by the Bureau Chiefs and Senior Correspondants of my multi-national media organization, beeyotch!

This motherfucker KoneeRok is one of the bigger Kanye dickriders in a while. I mean he ends by promoting Kanye's record label and his new songs. The truth is, Rhymefest wrote the lyrics and the beat to the song, I remember Fest complaining that the same song he sent out to radio stations that was ignored is now being given grammy's and getting frequent radio play BY THE SAME STATIONS. I even wrote about it on my 222 Reasons:

I don't know. I think I've already affected his rep as an artist on the Internet. Go to to any of these rap sites now, and they know that the dude's biggest hit was ghostwritten. That wouldn't have been possible without Operation Slap a Dropout. I think the key at this point will be taking this outside the tiny little realm of the Internet(s) rap community.
Also, djxplicit brings up another good point that I'd like to see KoneeDog address. I'm gonna write him personally and request that he respond to this article.

One problem though: rap fans know that Kanye's hit was ghostwritten, but I dont think people who actually watch the grammy's know, and even sadder, I dont know if they care. I mean these are the same people who like Britney Spears, right?

See, the thing that cracks me up about everyone protesting the petition is the fact that no one ever reads the evidence that we've mentioned. I mean, even that Lindquist dude that we talked to didn't even read my post. He's like "so how did you research this?" and I'm like "Man, it's all there on the site. Didn't you read it?"
Everyone wants to defend Kanye without even adressing the main points, which Bol just took care of. Good job on that btw.
